- For a provincial government commission, provided business analysis, solution design and implementation services, in support of a records centre scanning/conversion project. The client had a limited and immovable time frame to convert 3,950 linear feet of records and required a robust solution, fast. Significant integration with existing line-of-business applications and data was required. A dedicated in-house scanning centre, staffed to two work shifts per day, converts the required files in advance of the organization's office relocation. On-going, all new business records will converted to image format and made available to authorized users in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
- Implementation of document management technology and best-practices for many municipal governments. Implemented records management facilities for the management of records in electronic media.
- For a municipal government, migrated 80,000 records from a mainframe-based "STAIRS" correspondence tracking system to a document management system. New records are captured directly into the document management system.
- Document and image-enabled PeopleSoft Financials for a municipal government.
- Implemented a correspondence management system for a federal government department. The PC DOCS-based solution provides facilities for managing bring forward dates and commitment tracking for both electronic and hard copy documents and their related issues.
- Customized, implemented and provided training for an implementation of a correspondence management system for the City Clerks Offices of a major western Canadian municipal government.
- Implemented a document management system acting as a mirror repository to a mainframe-based solution (SEDAR) for the securities industry. New entries in SEDAR are automatically downloaded and checked into the local document management repository. The solution provides enhanced functionality, responsiveness, and offers richer search and navigation tools, delivering increased user productivity and effectiveness.

- On contract, developed a custom document management system for the management and board of directors of a health services region. The project also entailed the provision of records management consulting to establish policies, procedures and a records classification scheme for the region.
- For an enterprise deployment of document and records management functionality at a large municipal government, Concerta provided document management implementation and systems integration services. We developed integration between the client's PeopleSoft Financials application and DOCS Open-based imaging solution. In addition we have implemented a custom solution for Records Security; and developed integration with AMANDA.
- Prototyped a proof-of-concept intranet-based solution for a municipality to extend their existing document management system to allow end-users Intranet web access to the document management libraries.
